Handout- Gentle Movement Sequence 1

This is an optional tactical exercise for this week. Take 10 minutes once or twice this week and try some of the movements that look comfortable for your body. The object is to listen to your body and bring awareness to it and the breath. There is no perfect form or shape. As your mind drifts gently move your thoughts back to the movement practice- how you feel in your body and noticing the breath.


This can also be a practice to try if you are really struggling with being comfortable during meditation. Try to move first and then do the 5 minute body scan.
